What:
Strong winds gusting 70 to 80 km/h.

When:
Beginning today and ending Thursday night or Friday morning.

Additional information:
Strong southwest winds will shift to the west tonight and then to the northwest Thursday afternoon or evening. Local utility outages are possible. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind.

Snow squalls possible beginning Thursday morning.

What:
Total snowfall amounts of 30 to 50 cm with locally higher amounts possible.
Near zero visibility at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.

When:
Beginning Thursday morning and possibly continuing into Saturday.

Additional information:
Strong winds are also expected and a special weather statement is in effect. These strong winds will further reduce visibility in blowing snow.
