 Issued: 7:52 PM Nov. 3, 2025 – Environment and Climate Change Canada 
Rain, at times heavy, and strong winds, are expected. Locations: Prince Edward Island. Total rainfall: 15 to 30 mm. Maximum wind gusts: northwesterly 80 to 90 km/h. Time span: Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning. Remarks: A low pressure system is expected to rapidly deepen southeast of Nova Scotia on Tuesday then track eastward towards Newfoundland. There is some uncertainty in the exact track and strength of this low. However, strong northwesterly winds will increase behind the low on Tuesday evening and persist on Wednesday. Wind warnings may be expanded in subsequent forecasts. Additionally, large waves, pounding surf and elevated sea water levels are expected, especially along north facing coastlines with the high tides Tuesday evening and on Wednesday. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
