Overnight lows of 14 to 18 degrees Celsius are expected tonight. The heat event will end for some areas, mostly Central Alberta, with more moderate high temperatures on Sunday. For some other areas, mostly over Northern and Northeastern Alberta, highs near 30 degrees Celsius are expected on Sunday, and the heat event will end on Monday. ### Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
