What:
Local snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm.
Reduced visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow.

Winds are expected to shift from west to northwest through the day. As a result, any snow squalls that develop are not expected to remain over any given location for a long period of time. Reduced visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow will be the primary hazard as opposed to snowfall accumulations.

A strong cold front will move through the area this morning. Winds will strengthen and temperatures will rapidly fall below the freezing mark in behind the front.

Travel may become difficult at times.
