Additional information: Freezing rain is expected to change over to rain late this evening as temperatures climb above the freezing mark. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Strong southwesterly winds are expected to develop Monday morning with the passage of a strong cold front. The winds will ease through Monday evening as they shift around to the northwest. Areas that will receive ice build-up from freezing rain will be most vulnerable. Local utility outages are possible. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible.
