Winter storm expected. What: Total snowfall amounts of 15 to 30 centimetres over a 24-hour period. Strong winds reaching between 60 and 70 kilometres per hour. Blowing snow conditions resulting in greatly reduced visibilities. When: Wednesday to Thursday Where: Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Charlevoix, Montmagny, the North Shore, the Lower St. Lawrence and the Gaspé Peninsula. Additional information: Travel will be difficult in snow and blowing snow. There will likely be transportation delays and cancellations. Road closures are possible.
