Winter storm on the way. What: Heavy snow, winds and blowing snow. When: From Monday midday to Tuesday evening Additional information: Snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 centimetres and strong wind gusts will create winter storm conditions. Widespread blowing snow is expected. ### Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
