Rain and mild temperatures will lead to accelerated snowmelt, potentially raising water levels in some rivers.

A second low pressure system will bring more rain and mild temperatures for the Easter weekend.   The cumulative effect of this week's precipitation amounts will increase the impacts on rivers.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times.
