Prolonged period of snow, ice pellets and freezing rain possible on Friday.

Timing: Friday morning until Friday night.

Remarks: Precipitation will begin as snow Friday morning before transitioning to ice pellets and freezing rain by Friday evening, then to rain overnight. Current guidance indicates the possibility for a prolonged period of freezing rain on Friday evening. 

Freezing rain warnings may be issued as the system draws nearer and confidence increases.
