Blizzard conditions with poor visibility in snow and blowing snow are expected. A potent low pressure system will impact parts of the Kivalliq region on Monday and Tuesday. Hazard: Blizzard conditions due to moderate snow combined with winds gusting between 80 to 100 km/h. Timing: Beginning Monday afternoon and ending late Tuesday. Remarks: Confidence is increasing regarding the track and development of this system. Wind warnings may also be issued for some townsites for the wind gusts that exceed warning criteria. ### Travel will be hazardous due to near-zero visibility.
