Some improvement tonight...but blizzard expected on Monday.

Blowing snow or near-blizzard conditions over parts of the Kivalliq should ease somewhat this evening as a weak trough moves through the area.  Strengthening winds and light snow on Monday should bring blizzard conditions to most communities.  The blizzard should ease Monday evening.
