Snowfall accumulations possibly reaching close to 25 centimetres combined with strong winds will produce blizzard conditions.

Quaqtaq: this evening through Sunday evening.

Kangiqsujuaq: overnight tonight through Sunday evening.

A blizzard warning is issued when winds are expected to
produce blowing snow with widespread visibilities of 400
metres or less for at least 6 hours.

Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
