Freezing rain on Monday What: A prolonged period of freezing rain with ice pellets When: from tonight until Monday end of day Where: Outaouais, Laurentians, Lanaudière, Greater Montreal, Montérégie and Eastern Townships Additional information: Freezing precipitation is expected to give 5 to 15 millimetres of ice accretion. In addition, southwesterly winds of up to 70 kilometres per hour are expected from the end of the day Monday until Tuesday. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Travel will likely be hazardous and some routes will likely be impassable. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Prolonged utility outages are likely.
