Damaging winds are expected. An intense low pressure system will produce severe westerly wind gusts across portions of southern Saskatchewan. What: Westerly wind gusts of 90 to 100 km/h. When: Beginning Monday morning and persisting until early evening. Where: Portions of southern Saskatchewan. Winds will ease from west to east across the province by early Monday evening. ### Local utility outages are possible. Driving conditions will likely be difficult. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible. Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
