Snow, blowing snow, and strong winds are expected.

Locations: southern and eastern Newfoundland.

Total snowfall: 15 to 25 cm.

Maximum wind gusts: northerly to northwesterly 60 km/h, except 80 along parts of the coast.

Time span: Tuesday and Tuesday night.

Remarks: Strong winds accompanying the snow will reduce visibility at times in blowing snow. Snowfall rates of 2 to 5 cm per hour are possible over some areas.

Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
