Freezing rain leading to icy surfaces.
Ice accretion or build-up of 5 to 15 mm on some surfaces.

This afternoon into early Monday morning.
  
Additional information:  
Freezing rain is expected to begin this afternoon and continue overnight. The freezing rain may briefly change over to rain Monday morning as temperatures are expected to climb to just above the freezing mark.

Roads and walkways may become icy and slippery. Prolonged utility outages are possible. Significant damage to property, including some buildings and trees, is possible due to the weight of ice.
