Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 25 cm is expected. Where: Highway 3 - near Kootenay Pass. When: From now until late Wednesday night. Remarks: A low pressure system continues to affect the province tonight and Wednesday. Low freezing levels mean precipitation will fall as snow over the highway passes. Snow will also impact Paulson Summit but will end earlier than Kootenay Pass and total amounts will be much less. A total of 10 to 15 cm is forecast. Other hazards: Strong winds at times will accompany this system and give limited visibility in blowing snow. ### Travel will likely be challenging.
