Strong southwesterly wind gusts are expected. Where: Okanagan Valley, Similkameen, Nicola, South Thompson, Fraser Canyon, Shuswap, Chilcotin, 100 Mile, Prince George, Yellowhead, and Cariboo. Coquihalla Highway, Okanagan Connector and Highway 97 - Clinton to 100 Mile House via Begbie Summit. When: Overnight tonight to Wednesday morning. Remarks: A vigorous cold front will move across the BC interior tonight. In the wake of the front, strong southwesterly wind gusts will develop over parts of these regions overnight. Yellowhead and Prince George specifically will see strong Northwest winds. These strong winds may lead to possible tree damages, local power outages and travel delay. Winds will ease Wednesday morning as the front tracks eastward. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
