Hot weather continues

What:
Maximum temperatures between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius combined with high humidity will result in humidex values approaching 40. In addition, temperatures will be warm tonight, with lows around 20 degrees Celsius.

When:
Wednesday

Where:
Outaouais, Lachute, Greater Montreal, Lanaudière, Montérégie, Centre-du-Québec and Eastern Townships.

Additional information:
Although humidex values are not expected to reach 40 on Thursday, the day will remain uncomfortable, with values between 35 and 38. Only as of Thursday evening will a real change of air mass take place and temperatures drop.

Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
