Heavy rain is expected.

Location: Much of southern Saskatchewan and parts of western Manitoba.

Hazard: Heavy rainfall with widespread amounts of 30 to 50 mm with local amounts in excess of 50 mm in thunderstorms.

Timing: Monday through Monday night.

Remarks: A low pressure system will bring heavy rain and thunderstorms to southern Saskatchewan and western Manitoba Monday and through Monday night. Rainfall amounts with this system will be highly variable, but widespread amounts of 30 to 50 mm are expected with higher amounts in thunderstorms.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times.
