Winter storm on the way.

What: Heavy snow, winds and blowing snow.

When: Monday morning to Tuesday midday.

Additional information: Snowfall amounts of 30 to 50 centimetres with winds gusting up to 50 kilometres per hour will create stormy conditions. Widespread blowing snow is expected.

The worst conditions are expected during the day on Monday when the snowfall rates will be highest.

Consider advancing, delaying or postponing any travel plans. Snow-covered roads will be slippery and visibilities will be greatly reduced or even nil in blowing snow.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Travel delays and/or cancellations are possible. Road closures are possible.
