An extended period of hot and humid weather is expected.

Time span:  Tuesday through Thursday.

Maximum daytime temperatures: 30 to 33 degrees Celsius (Humidex 36 to 39), except cooler along parts of the immediate coast.

Minimum overnight temperatures: 18 to 20 degrees Celsius.

Locations: most of New Brunswick.

Remarks: A hot and humid airmass will settle over the region for the coming week.

Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
