Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

Snow will continue today along Highway 93, the Icefields Parkway. Amounts today should be near 5 cm before tapering of this afternoon. Snow will return Wednesday with a further 10 to 15 cm expected. That round of snow will taper off Wednesday evening.

Travel will likely be challenging.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to snowfall accumulations.
