Main hazards:
- strong wind gusts up to 100 kilometres per hour
- hail up to 2 centimetres in size
- torrential downpours of 30 to 50 millimetres
- a tornado is possible.

Nautical activities may be hazardous due to sudden, severe wind gusts over bodies of water.

Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Strong wind gusts can damage trees, buildings and overturn vehicles.
