Potential winter storm. What: heavy snow, winds, blowing snow and freezing rain. When: from Monday midday to Tuesday evening Additional information: Snowfall amounts of nearly 15 centimetres and strong winds could create stormy conditions. An episode of freezing rain is possible overnight Monday night, especially in the Baie des Chaleurs region. Consider advancing, delaying or postponing any travel plans. Snow-covered roads will be slippery and visibilities will be greatly reduced or even nil in blowing snow. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
