Blizzard conditions with poor visibility in snow and blowing snow are expected.

Blizzard conditions will develop in Kimmirut and Iqaluit tonight as a very powerful low pressure system passes to the east.  Northerly winds gusting to 70 km/h will give near-zero visibility in snow and blowing snow.  Wind chill values are expected to approach the -50 mark in Iqaluit.  The blizzard will last for most of the day Wednesday.
