Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain.

Thunderstorms will continue to move into the region overnight tonight from Saskatchewan. Some of these storms may remain severe as they do so, with strong, damaging winds being the main threat.

Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
