A prolonged period of snowfall is expected. Locations: Southwestern shore from Digby to Halifax counties. Total snowfall: 10 to 15 cm, possibly higher along parts of the Atlantic coast. Time span: continuing until Monday night. Remarks: Light snow will persist tonight and may intensify again during the day on Monday. The snow is expected to be wet and heavy as temperatures remain near the freezing mark. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
