Strong winds that may cause damage are expected.

What: Winds of 90 gusting to 110 km/h over exposed coastal sections.

When: Tonight and early Friday morning.

Where: Coastal areas of the Central Coast and Northern Vancouver Island.

Remarks:
An intense front will cross the area tonight bringing heavy rain and very strong winds. Southeast winds gusting near 110 km/h over exposed coastal sections of the Central Coast and northern Vancouver Island are expected tonight. Winds will ease early Friday morning as the front moves off.
