Additional information: Rain or freezing rain, heavy at times, will continue this evening. Any freezing rain will gradually transition to rain later this evening or overnight. The rain will ease Monday morning. If possible, clear storm drains of snow and ice. ### Localized flooding is possible. Some roads may become impassable. Freezing rain continues. What: Freezing rain leading to icy surfaces. Ice accretion or build-up of 2 to 5 mm on some surfaces. When: Ending later this evening. Where: Areas north of Highway 401. Additional information: Freezing rain is expected to change over to rain later this afternoon or early this evening as temperatures climb above the freezing mark. Areas along the Lake Ontario shore will see little to no ice build up. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Icy surfaces could be difficult to detect.
