A heat event continues today. What: Daytime high temperatures near 29 degrees Celsius. Peak humidex values near 38. Nighttime low temperatures near 19 degrees Celsius, providing little relief from the heat. When: Continuing today. Additional information: Although temperatures might be slightly cooler in some areas on Sunday, the humidex values will still be elevated. Conditions are expected to improve Sunday evening. ### Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
