Higher than normal water levels and large waves are expected near the coast on Tuesday morning.

The combination of:
- moderate south to southeasterly winds
- moderate surge
- mobile ice near the coast
- a medium tidal range
could cause minor breaking sea conditions along the coast on Tuesday morning on the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula and in Gaspé Bay.

Coastal flooding is likely.
