Gusty northerly winds are expected. What: Northerly wind gusts of 70 km/h. Where: Okanagan Lake, Skaha Lake and surrounding shorelines. When: Mid-afternoon to early this evening. Remarks: A cold front will sweep through the southern interior later today and gusty northerly winds are expected through the Okanagan Valley. These winds are expected to develop this afternoon over northern Okanagan Lake then spread southwards through the early evening. Recreational boaters and anyone out enjoying the water should be prepared for gusty winds later today. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
