Total rainfall: 20 to 30 mm, with locally higher amounts possible.

Remarks: Localized flooding may occur in areas with poor drainage.

Watch for slippery conditions where rain falls on frozen surfaces. 

Ensure storm drains and gutters are clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding.
