Locally heavy rain near the Rockies.

What: Rainfall amounts of 40 to 50 mm are possible.

When: Tonight and Thursday.

Where: Areas near the Rockies in the BC Peace region and northern sections of the Williston region.

Additional information: A slow-moving area of rain will develop tonight over the BC Peace region and spread to northern areas of Williston Lake. Widespread amounts of 20 mm are forecast with 40 to 50 mm near the Rockies and over northern areas of Williston Lake.
