What:
Heavy rain with total amounts 30 to 50 millimetres.

When:
Late this morning into tonight.

Additional Information:
A low pressure system is expected to bring significant rainfall to the region today. Brief freezing rain may precede the arrival of the rain. 

Due to the saturated ground and prior rain events the rain today may cause hazardous conditions due to extreme runoff.
