A period of very warm and humid weather will continue. Time span: continuing Wednesday. Maximum daytime temperatures: 29 to 31 degrees Celsius (Humidex 34 to 36), except cooler along parts of the coast. Minimum overnight temperature tonight: 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. Locations: Nova Scotia, except for Digby, Yarmouth, and Shelburne counties, as well as areas near the Atlantic and Fundy coasts. Remarks: A very warm and humid air mass will continue to affect Nova Scotia through Wednesday. Conditions will moderate on Thursday. ### Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
