Damaging winds are expected today. Westerly winds will increase to gust up to 130 km/h along the Highway 3 corridor between Lethbridge and the B.C. border late this morning and this afternoon. Winds will weaken this evening. ### Utility outages are likely. Driving conditions will likely be very difficult. High-sided vehicles could be overturned by the wind.
