A moisture laden and slow moving low pressure system will bring locally heavy rain showers and the risk for isolated thunderstorm. The high moisture associated with this low will lead to the potential for locally heavy rainfall.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Don't drive 
through flooded roadways. Avoid low-lying areas.
