A warm and humid airmass will gradually move over Quebec beginning Sunday and will ease on Wednesday. What: Humidex values between 40 and 45. When: Mostly on Monday and Tuesday. Where: Southern Quebec. Additional information: Maximum temperatures will exceed 30 degrees Celsius during the day and remain above 20 degrees Celsius at night. Drink water often and before you feel thirsty. Plan and organise your outdoor activities during the coolest hours of the day. Limit direct exposure to sunlight and heat. Never leave people, especially children, or pets inside a parked vehicle.
