Heavy snow is expected tonight and Tuesday.

Snow will spread west to east from Peace River towards Cold Lake by this evening. Snow will be heaviest tonight or Tuesday morning. The snow will end Tuesday afternoon or Tuesday night.

Snowfall amounts will be variable but generally near 15 cm, except near the BC border where about 20 cm is expected.

Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
