Heat Warning
Issued: 9:44 PM Aug. 29, 2025 – Environment and Climate Change Canada
A long duration heat event continues, with daytime high temperatures ranging between 28 and 33 degrees Celsius.

Overnight lows will vary greatly, generally ranging between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius. Despite some locations dropping into the single digits at night, the effects of the daytime heat day over day may be cause for concern.

On Sunday, temperatures are expected to be cooler over northern parts of the province.

Some parts of Alberta are currently forecast to have relatively hot conditions for much of next week.
