Rain with total amounts of 25 to 30 mm is expected. Localized amounts as high as 50 mm are possible.

Periods of rain will continue throughout the day.  Rain will continue into Friday before ending. 

Some communities near the Saskatchewan border may see rain transition to snow on Friday.

Due to recent and continued melt of the significantly above normal winter snowpack and recent overland flooding conditions, the ground likely has a reduced ability to absorb rainfall.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
