This afternoon and tonight. 

Additional Information:
Very strong southwesterly winds with frequent gusts near 90 km/h are likely this afternoon as a sharp Arctic cold front blasts through then again tonight in the wake of the cold front. The very strong winds will slowly diminish on Tuesday.
