Poor travel conditions expected tonight through Monday morning. Bands of heavy snow are expected to develop starting late tonight and continuing through Sunday. Locations impacted will likely include the Highway 1 and Highway 2 corridors near Calgary and areas to the west. Snowfall accumulations will be quite variable, with the highest amounts reaching 15 to 25 cm. Expect periods of poor visibility and rapidly accumulating snow. The snowfall will become more widespread Sunday night, bringing an additional 5 to 10 cm to the foothills and much of central Alberta by Monday afternoon.
