Heavy rain with totals amounts of 70 to 100 mm is expected. 

Rain will begin overnight tonight and will intensify through the day on Saturday. Heavy rain will continue through Sunday, before gradually tapering off Sunday night. 

Isolated thunderstorms are also possible throughout this event and will locally enhance rainfall amounts.

Given already saturated ground conditions due to the well above normal rainfall this month, the ability to absorb additional rainfall will be limited, increasing the risk of overland flooding and impact to infrastructure.

Localized flooding is likely. Some roads may become impassable. Significant property damage is likely.
