Total Snowfall: possibly up to 10 cm locally.

Maximum wind gusts: northwesterly up to 80 km/h.

Time span: tonight and into tomorrow morning.

Remarks: Multiple bands of snow squalls across the region may be producing intense snowfall rates. Visibility may be reduced a times to near zero in snow and blowing snow.

Travel will likely be hazardous. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.

Snow squall warnings are issued when localized, intense snowfall causing rapid accumulation and/or visibility near zero is expected.
