Strong gusty winds are expected. Where: Chilcotin, Stuart-Nechako, Prince George, B.C. Peace River District, Cariboo, 100 Mile, Williston, and McGregor. When: This afternoon into tonight. Hazards: - Strong wind gusts leading to potential broken tree limbs and power outages - Motorists, especially in high profile vehicles, may expect hazardous driving conditions on highways subject to strong cross winds Remarks: A vigorous frontal system associated with a strong Pacific low will track across the province today. Strong winds aloft combined with an unstable airmass, and rapid pressure changes will support the development of strong wind gusts across the central and northern BC interior.
