...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following counties, Much of Central Los Angeles and Extreme Eastern Ventura. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rock and mud slides possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 538 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to briefly heavy showers overspreading the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area, continuing through the mid-morning hours. Rock and mud slides will be possible. - A minor debris flow over the burn scars cannot be ruled out. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to around 6 inches above 6000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Eastern San Gabriel Mountains, Interstate 5 Corridor, and Western San Gabriel Mountains and Highway 14 Corridor. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will be around 7000 feet through Sunday morning, then lowering to 6000 feet Sunday afternoon and 4500 to 5000 feet late Sunday night into Monday morning.
