Severe Weather Warning for Damaging Wind
Issued: 12:46 PM Aug. 3, 2025 – Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology 
Strong southerly winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS of around 90 km/h are possible over elevated parts of the Main Range and Border Ranges tonight and easing into the early hours of Monday morning.
